Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. General
All goods and services supplied by Fert Wholesale Direct Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) are provided subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Existing agreements
If you have signed a Credit Account Application or another written agreement with us, that document’s terms and conditions will apply to your purchases.
If no such agreement exists, these Terms and Conditions of Sale (as published here) apply from the date of purchase.

3. Payment and overdue accounts
Payment is due by the date stated on your invoice.
Interest will be charged on any overdue balances at a rate of 2% per month, calculated from the due date until payment is received in full.

4. Ownership of goods
All goods remain the property of Fert Wholesale Direct Ltd until full payment has been received.
Until payment is made, you must keep the goods separate and identifiable as our property and must not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of them.

5. Updates to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale from time to time. The version published on our website at the date of your purchase will apply.
