Account Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a customer of Fert Wholesale Direct Limited.

In order to apply for a credit account with us, the following must be completed. Please take note of our requirements below:

• All fields are to be completed
• The Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Trade must be signed
• The personal guarantee is required to be signed (by Partner, Company Director or Trustee)
• Ensuring that the entire application is complete will help us to provide you with a prompt and accurate service

Payment Terms

Goods and Services are to be paid no later than 20th of the month following the ​invoice date. Our preferred way for payments to be received is by direct credit. We can also do direct debit or by a cheque.

Transport

We have the option to deliver to your location, unless you advise otherwise. Our pricing if you choose to have us deliver will include delivery either to your farm or port depot.

Health and Safety

Fert Wholesale Direct has its own health and safety manual and safe work procedures. We emphasise the need to take the initiative in anticipating, preventing and correcting condition and practices which may cause physical harm.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS’s)

Safety Data sheets ( SDS ) provide important information about hazardous substances and are mandatory to have for each hazardous substance in your workplace. SDS are available from www.fertwholesale.co.nz.

Confidential Information

You must keep confidential any information you receive from us which you would expect to be confidential or commercially sensitive.

In the same way, all information that is supplied by you and that we become aware of in relation to your business will be treated in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior approval.
