SOP is a Potassium source which has a low Salt index which is ideal for Salt sensitive crops.
In NZ SOP has traditional been used in Horticultural and market gardens based crops such as potatoes. But is is now been utilised by pastoral farmers who are wishing to apply a low salt index potassium while also applying the key nutrients of Sulphate Sulphur.
Also contains 1% Phosphate with this in the form of Potassium Phosphate. Some of the potassium is contained in the form of Potassium Carbonate.
As a Potassium source with a low Salt index which is ideal for Salt sensitive crops that also require Sulphur and is a lower cost source of Potassium Sulphate.

SOP can be mixed with most fertilisers however care should be taken around bulk densities.
